Cola's Homestay

Cola's Homestay is a homestay in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, about 1.2 km from the city centre, with air-conditioned rooms that each have a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. Shared spaces include a sun terrace, a shared kitchen and a tour desk that arranges bike and walking tours, along with laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services. Guests check in between 14:00 and 22:00 and check out by 12:00.

Sunny Window is the largest room, at 22 m², with a city view and a seating area. Sunny Petit, at 20 m², has the same view and fittings but accepts only two guests. The Windowless Hideaway, at 18 m², is the smallest and the one room without a window, and it takes up to three guests, one of them a child.

The rooms come with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a washing machine, and a shared kitchen is open to guests. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath or shower, a bidet, toilet paper, towels and slippers, and free toiletries are provided, while the rooms are air-conditioned and have a desk and a seating area. Outdoors there is a sun terrace with outdoor furniture, alongside a terrace.

Guest services include a tour desk for bike tours and walking tours, currency exchange, daily housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning and an ironing service, as well as luggage storage, private check-in and check-out, express check-in and check-out, and a lift. Free WiFi is available in all areas, and no parking is available at the property.

Security includes 24-hour security, key card access and CCTV in the common areas and outside the property. The property offers non-smoking rooms and a designated smoking area, and the upper floors are reached by lift.

Gaia Saigon Club & Lounge is 50 m away and Quán 249 is 100 m away, while the Hakka Thien Hau Temple, a Chinese temple dedicated to the sea goddess Thien Hau, is 200 m away. The streets close to the property are quieter than the district's main roads, and the walk to the temple takes only a few minutes. Tao Dan Park, the cultural park known as Công Viên Văn Hóa Tao Đàn, is about 600 m away, and its open green space is an easy stroll from the property.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport, in Tan Binh north-west of the centre, is 4.7 km away, and Saigon Railway Station, the main long-distance train station, is 1.5 km away. The Bến xe Sài Gòn bus station is 550 m from the property. Ben Thanh Station, 1.1 km away, is where Metro Line 1 starts, and the line runs to Suoi Tien in Thu Duc in about 30 minutes.

District 1 is the centre, with Ben Thanh market, the Nguyen Hue walking street, Dong Khoi street and the Opera House. The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum is 1.3 km away from the property. Nearer, the War Remnants Museum is 950 m away, and Vuon Chuoi Market, a neighbourhood market for fresh food and everyday goods, is 400 m. The Vietnam History Museum is 2.6 km away, and Crescent Lake, 6.1 km away, is a further outing.
